I am so thrilled to be featured in the Redfin article 16 Living Room Remodel Tips to Design Your Perfect Space written by Jamie Forbes! This article is a comprehensive list of what to consider when remodeling and designing a living room, no matter what size, budget or scope of remodel you decide on. 

My biggest tip for creating a comfortable, low-maintenance, easy-to-tidy and functional space for families is to corral all the kid clutter in great-looking bins. Since the living room is usually a prime hang-out spot (especially if you don't have additional space for play, like a play room - I don't!), it's so important to keep it clutter free and easy to pick up and put away.
